Refund Policy

  1. Security deposit required at the time of admission is refunded upon the submission of the original receipt and completion of one month notice period.

  2. The withdrawal policy for new admissions entails a full refund (excluding the non-refundable admission charges) upon submission of a written withdrawal request at least one month before the session begins.

  3. The applicant (new admission) is eligible for refund only if the student has not attended any school day.

  4. The withdrawal policy for existing students requires a one-month prior notice addressed to the Head of Institution, and failure to submit the same will lead to deduction of one-month fees.

  5. In case of behavioral expulsion, the fee for ongoing quarter will be charged, and the security deposit will be forfeited.

  6. For withdrawals without notice, applicable fees will be adjusted from the security deposit.

  7. All dues must be cleared before a school leaving certificate is issued.

  8. Exceptional circumstances, such as health issues or relocation, may be considered upon submission of valid documentation.

  9. All refunds are made after clearance of pending dues

  10. Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration or courts in Gurugram jurisdiction.

  11. Approved refunds will be processed by the accounts department within 7-14 business days.
